the dynamics of moving...

late in october the hubby & i moved to our 14th abode, and i admit it was necessary. in all ways it was an upgrade, and despite the hectic activity, the aching muscles, the expense in terms of both time & money, it was WORTH it.

our 3-storey home (the biggest we've ever lived in) has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath, a computer area, a separate kitchen, a fourth bathroom, a separate sink in the dining room area (which we've designated as the hand-washing department, for the sake of giving it a reason to simply be), and to celebrate, i decided to splurge and buy a brand-new couch.

yes, the thrift-store junky has sold out.

i'm quite happy about it.

we're now in the process of sweating over which bed to finally spend our hard-earned money on, and yes, it's to be a brand-new/department-store-bought bed.

i suppose when i sell out it's all the way, hehehe...
