what is wrong with this world?
1. People like Kris Aquino, Regine Velasquez, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, Miriam Santiago, (gadzooks, all women!), Maurice Arcache (not much of a divergence, there...) and gazillions of others, with their out-there, exposed selves, continue to live their celebrity lives without seeming to give back to their less unfortunate sisters and brothers.
2. People still think that more money will make tomorrow better.
3. People still pray to God to make things better, and then blame Him when they don't.
4. People still forgive their partners when they are beat up, whether verbally or physically, thinking "It's my fault, I shouldn't have pushed the issue / brought it up / been so noisy etc...." or "He/she doesn't really mean it, he/she's tired, etc...."
5. People still throw away garbage or litter any which way, every which where, except in the proper place, which is the garbage can.
6. In a world where $1 can stave off starvation for 1 child in an impoverished country, thousands of dollars are impulsively and thoughtlessly thrown away by those with more in their bank accounts on things such as Swarovski-encrusted cellphone holders.
........ i'm going to update this everytime i remember something else... i do believe there lots more reasons out there that make this world so imbalanced, unloving, and un-fun as it's become now...
