let there be no hypocrisy

i am so tired. as this is not a journal-type blog, i'll leave my readers (if there are even any) uninformed as to the reasons behind the first statement, but suffice it to say there is a large truth in it.

on to my attack: today's (online) newspapers announce that the president "vows to 'stand up' vs. poverty, and asks the public to do the same".

let's see if the likes of those who attended the Philippine Tatler Ball, or the Kris Aquinos of this world will heed her cry.

they say politics and the social elite go hand in hand. maybe this time it's to the betterment of our nation.

is that sarcasm or cynicism i smell within the words of this post? yeah.... i think so....

temperance brennan would call it an anthropological inevitability, though.
