i travel everyday, and Lord I am grateful, no matter that you may not be around to know it, that I was born into a day & age wherein I need not get up from my seat & out my home's door in order to see the world.
the internet has slowly but surely become my own world.
from it i learn of countries thousands of miles away from me, and how they fare, politically, socially, economically. the knowledge i glean is from the newspapers i read from cities in the United States, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Holland, Venice, Belgium, Japan = in English, too. I see what a home in Nome, Alaska, is like, inside & out. I get to know, on a daily basis, what a celebrity like Neil Gaiman is doing, and it sends a shiver up my spine that he himself told me, in his own words. He has no idea who i am, but that is not the point.
the point is, it is SHARED.
Lord, thank you, for giving me this time, this world, this opportunity.
Now, on to learning the intricacies of blogster. I'm a smart girl, but i still have to figure out how to add links to this *&^# page.
